1. General Questions

Where is your warehouse located? Can I pick up my order in person?

Our warehouse is located at 1745 Chapin Rd, Montebello, CA 90640. If you’d like to pick up your order in person, it’s best to contact me first before placing the order. I’ll provide a pickup label, and then you can pick it up from the warehouse.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to our Trackorder page.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How to Restore a Scratched Guitar Stool Seat Surface?

If the seat surface gets scratched, you can gently sand the area with 2000-grit sandpaper and apply a bit of beeswax. That should restore it like new.

How do I care for Guitar Master Stools?

Cleaning: Water won’t harm your furniture. Use a damp cloth to wipe away dust and debris. For deeper cleaning, mix light dish detergent with lukewarm water. Apply with a soft rag or sponge, then rinse with clean water. Wipe dry with a clean, soft rag.

Avoid Certain Products: Do not use cleaning products with silicone, like Pledge or Glo, as they can affect future refinishing.
With proper care, your furniture will last a lifetime. For damage, feel free to contact us for recommendations.

How do I care for my wallet?

Clean gently: Wipe the surface with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust or dirt. Avoid oils or special products—veg-tanned leather ages beautifully on its own.

Natural patina: Over time, the leather will darken and develop a unique, rich sheen. This natural aging adds character—no need to intervene.

Will Vegetable-Tanned Leather Change Color?

Vegetable-tanned leather possesses a natural, distinct scent. The original fibers of the animal’s hide are easily visible. Over time, the color and texture of the leather change, darkening and softening due to the oils from your hands with regular use.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping on our guitar pick wallet. 

For the Guitar Master Stool, we split the shipping cost with you 50/50. The stool is shipped in a large box via high-quality FedEx and UPS Express. 

Shipping methods vary: domestic orders go by land to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, while international orders use UPS Air Shipping. 

Please note that our shipping costs change with the latest shipping rates.

Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.):

We offer standard shipping within the contiguous United States via FedEx and UPS for a flat rate of $29.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam:

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, the shipping rate is $49.

Shipping to Canada:

For orders shipped to Canada, the shipping fee is $49.

International Shipping:

For all other international destinations, we use UPS Air Express, and the shipping fee is $99.
